From March 30 to April 10, 2026, an International Programme on Institutional Planning for Heads of Educational Institutions (IPHEI) is being conducted at the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA) in New Delhi, Republic of India. The programme is organized with the support of the Ministry of External Affairs of India under the ITEC initiative.
This international programme has brought together 25 representatives from 15 countries, serving as an effective platform for the exchange of experience, the study of modern approaches in educational management, and the promotion of international cooperation.
The main objective of the programme is to enhance the professional competencies of heads of educational institutions. Special emphasis is placed on leadership and management, strategic and institutional planning, as well as improving decision-making processes in educational administration.
The training process includes lectures, practical sessions, case study analysis, and expert discussions, enabling participants to deepen their knowledge of institutional planning and explore its application in various national contexts.
In addition, the programme provides opportunities to discuss current challenges in education systems across different countries and to strengthen international professional collaboration.
Turkmenistan is represented in the programme by lecturers Orazsoltan Annamyradowa from the International University for the Humanities and Development and Oguljan Akmyradowa from the State Energy Institute. During the programme, they actively participate in professional discussions, present national experience in education, and contribute to the development of international professional dialogue.
The participation of Turkmen representatives highlights the country’s ongoing efforts to develop its education system, expand professional opportunities, and strengthen international cooperation.
