 The International University for the Humanities and Development (IUHD) in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, invites applications from qualified, dynamic, and experienced educators to join our international faculty. As an English-medium institution, we are committed to providing world-class education and fostering an environment of academic excellence.

We are currently seeking candidates for the following teaching positions:

Available Disciplines

  • Economics: Instructors to lead courses in Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, International Trade, and Development Economics.

  • Computer Science: Specialists in software development, algorithms, data science, and information technology systems.

  • Physical Education: Professionals to manage sports programs, health education, and athletic coaching.

  • English Language: Educators specialized in English for Academic Purposes (EAP), Linguistics, and Communication Skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality lectures and seminars entirely in the English language.

  • Develop curriculum materials and syllabi that meet international academic standards.

  • Mentor students and supervise undergraduate research projects.

  • Contribute to the university’s academic community through research, workshops, and extracurricular activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: A Master’s degree or PhD in the relevant field from an accredited institution.

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English is mandatory.

  • Experience: Proven teaching experience at the higher education level is highly desirable.

  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
