International University for the Humanities and Development respectfully invites students of higher education institutions of our country to participate in the "Intelligent Youth" competition, which will be held on June 5, 2026. The purpose of the competition is to enhance young people's creative and artistic thinking abilities, to develop their skills in fluent foreign language speaking, and to reveal their ability to express their own thoughts.

The main objectives of the competition is to effectively continue the implementation of the comprehensive educational reforms of the Honorable President of Turkmenistan, to fulfill his instructions on raising modern specialists and young talents, and to develop and enhance the foreign language proficiency, creative thinking, and resourcefulness of the youth.

Each higher education institution can be represented by 2 (two) students in the competition. The students gathered from all higher education institutions will be divided into 5 groups based on a random draw and will perform accordingly. That is, the students must actively participate in their designated group and perform on behalf of that group in accordance with the competition rules. The students' intelligence will be evaluated by the jury members.
