      Project goals

      §  To support the development of Crisis and Risks Engineering for transport services (CRENG);

      §  To ensure sustainability of Ukraine (UA), Azerbaijan (AZ) and Turkmenistan (TM) transport systems for their integration into Global transportation network;

      §  To contribute CRENG development in PCs the project will create the environment for education of high skilled specialists in line with labor market and according  to EU best practices and Bologna process.


      Project objectives

      §  to develop, implement and accredit new practice oriented, student-focused MA program “CRENG” including innovative teaching and learning approaches and ECTS in UA, AZ and TM;

      §  to bring the Higher education institutions (HEIs) in UA, AZ and TM closer to labor market in CRENG area;

      §  to increase collaboration between EU and UA, AZ and TM HEIs in CRENG area.


      Project activities

      §  Development of new, updating current curricula of new MA program “CRENG”;

      §  Retraining of academic teachers from PCs universities in EU on new curricula methodology of MA program “CRENG”;

      §  Creation in PCs universities of teaching and learning environment incl. learning and teaching materials, e-learning courses on MOODLE platform, CRENG laboratories and virtual class-rooms;

      §  Implementation and accreditation of new MA program “CRENG” in 9 PCs universities;

      §  Implementation of “Skills Wallet”: development of guidelines and holding on-line master classes for academic teachers on “Skills Wallet” implementation;

      §  Implementation of International Projects Based Learning: development of guidelines and holding retraining courses for academic teachers from PCs universities in EU;

      §  Pilot teaching of students from PCs universities on new MA program “CRENG”;

      §  Dissemination & Sustainability Strategy development and implementation incl. creation of CRENG service offices network and web-based platform.


      Strategic task of CRENG-SERVICE OFFICE (CRENG-SO) is 
       creating conditions for the development of the results of the Erasmus+ project Crisis and Risks Engineering for Transport Services № 598218-EPP-1-2018-1-PL-EPPKA2- CBHE-JP during the project implementation and after its completion and facilitating the inflow of funds to support and develop the results of the project (laboratory, methodological, educational, intellectual base).


      Organizational structure and human resources

      §  CRENG-SO activities are provided by members of the working group of the Erasmus+ project.

      §  The general management of CRENG-SO is carried out by the coordinator of the project, who was appointed by the order of the rector of IUHD.


      Coordinator:

      §  directly manages the work of CRENG-SO;

      §  organizes the involvement of CRENG-SO students, graduate students, teachers, employers and stakeholders;

      §  defines the responsibilities of the persons involved in the activities of CRENG- SO, gives them instructions and assigns tasks.


      Main tasks:

      §  marketing of needs in the field of the project and development of appropriate services for different target groups;

      §  marketing of educational services market;

      §  ensuring the interaction of IUHD with scientific institutions, public

      organizations, enterprises in the field of crisis engineering and risks in the field of transport services;

      §  assistance in modernization of the educational process in IUHD.

       

      Functions

      §  organization and holding of seminars on popularization of the latest achievements in risk management and logistic system;

      §  study of the needs of industrial enterprises in professional development services;

      §  study of employers requirements for IUHD graduates;

      §  study of compliance of competencies of IUHD graduates with the requirements of employers;

      §  information support of periodic updating of existing training courses in the IUHD in order to replace/modernize outdated curricula and develop new ones;

      §  expanding the capacity of laboratory created under the Erasmus+ project “Crisis and Risk Engineering for Transport Services”;

      §  assistance in concluding agreements between customers and IUHD for consulting services, research, for training and retraining courses for staff and participation in these projects;

      §  cooperation with student unions and organizations operating in IUHD,

      §  cooperates with government agencies and public associations, and institutions in matters within the scope of CRENG-SO.

      §  As part of its function, CRENG-SO coordinates actions with other divisions of IUHD.


      CRENG-SO rights and obligations

      In its activities, CRENG-SO is guided by the existing norms in the IUHD regarding the rights and responsibilities of structural units of the university.


      Financial security, property and funds:

      §  CRENG-SO uses the property and equipment transferred to it by the University, in accordance with the legislation of Turkmenistan including in the framework of the project Engineering of crises and risks in the field of transport services № 598218-EPP-1-2018-1-PL-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP, for implementation activities of CRENG-SO.
