IUHD Students and Instructors Honored with Youth Awards

On the eve of the founding day of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, the Kemine State Drama Theater in the Mary velayat witnessed a momentous ceremony. The occasion marked the presentation of the special Youth Award to commendable youth who have excelled in their work and creativity. The event was a key component of the Youth Forum of Central Asian Countries and China, themed "New Epoch of the Great Silk Road," held from November 16 to 18, 2023.

In the spirit of the year of "Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar", 140 young individuals from every regions of Turkmenistan, including Ashgabat and Arkadag cities, were recognized for their outstanding contributions to culture, science and technology, education, mentoring, sports, healthcare, and various other fields. Each recipient received honorable certificates and memorable prizes on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov. The awardees represented a diverse spectrum of society, including teachers from higher educational institutions, graduate students, schoolchildren, and members of creative groups, journalists, as well as specialists from various ministries and departments.

Among the distinguished recipients were three outstanding individuals from the International University for the Humanities and Development: Oguljan Yamatova, a 4th-year student majoring in International Economy; Novruz Nurberdiyev, a 4th-year student specializing in International Public Law; and Musa Yazymov, an Instructor at the Department of Contemporary Computer Technologies.

The Youth Awards-2023 bestowed upon these IUHD members is a testament to their exceptional dedication and achievements. The university community extends heartfelt congratulations to Oguljan Yamatova, Novruz Nurberdiyev, and Musa Yazymov, wishing them continued success in both their academic pursuits and contributions to society.

IUHD takes pride in the recognition of its students and faculty members, reaffirming its commitment to nurturing talent and excellence within its academic community. The university looks forward to witnessing more accomplishments from its students and staff on both national and international stages in the future.
