Successful results at Brain Ring competition organized by UNESCO

This year marks the 5th anniversary of the adoption of the Concept of Improving the Teaching of Foreign Languages in Turkmenistan. The implementation of the concept consists of three stages, such as, improvement of curricula and programs, achieving excellence of teachers in foreign languages and training a new generation of competitive teachers.

On that remarkable occasion, the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan organized many scientific conferences, discussions and competitions at Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Dovletmammet Azadi. The teaching staff and students of International University for the Humanities and Development have actively participated in those events.

One of those contests is the Brain-Ring competition entitled “Turkmenistan – UNESCO: Roads spread from the Homeland” that was held among the students of the higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan and was co-organized by UNESCO Turkmenistan National Commission. The students of IUHD have shown themselves in an outstanding manner and got the 2nd place in that knowledge competition.

The team of IUHD was represented by the students of International Law and International Relations faculty Achylova Enejan, Muhammedova Medine, Gurbanov Dovlet, Nurjanova Amangul, Durdymyradova Mahri and Annagurbanov Kemal. Moreover, the team of IUHD participated in the contest entitled "Values of my Motherland" and won the 1st place. The winners were awarded honorable certificates and gifts.
