Guided by the tasks arising from the state-important instructions of our Arkadagly Hero Serdar, the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan organized an open brain-ring competition titled “Permanent Neutrality — Eternal Happiness.” The event, dedicated to International Neutrality Day and the upcoming New Year 2026, brought together students from 18 higher educational institutions across the country.

The competition, held in Turkmen, Russian, and English, challenged participants with thought-provoking questions and written answers. It played an important role in promoting the values of Neutrality, peace, and diligence among the youth of our nation.
