Medine Odayeva Claims Gold at IMC 2025, Securing Third Major International Title of the Year!

The incredible run of academic dominance for Medine Odayeva, a brilliant student from Turkmenistan's International University of Humanities and Development (IUHD), has reached an unprecedented peak. She has been awarded a Gold Medal (First Prize) at the 32nd International Mathematics Competition (IMC 2025), held in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria, from July 28 to August 3.

This Gold Medal is Odayeva's third major international title this year, following her Grand Prix wins at the SEEMOUS 2025 (South Eastern European Mathematical Competition) and the VjIMC 2025 (Vojtěch Jarník International Mathematical Competition).

The IMC is one of the world's most challenging university-level mathematics contests, attracting hundreds of top students from over 50 countries. Odayeva’s consistent success across these three elite competitions—SEEMOUS, VjIMC, and IMC—is a monumental feat, cementing her status as a global powerhouse in mathematical excellence and bringing immense recognition to the quality of higher education in Turkmenistan.
