Open Mathematical Olympiad for University Students

International University for the Humanities and Development organized VI Open Mathematical Olympiad for University Students (OMOUS-2026), which was be held in Ashgabat city on March 23-28, 2026 .

VI Open Mathematical Olympiad for University Students is held in order to develop the natural talents and abilities of students, to raise leading young people with a broad outlook by strengthening friendship, to encourage them to get actively engaged in science and creativity, and to provide positive conditions for choosing profession related to their intellectual development.

The Olympiad is to was held as an individual competition in two categories:

Category A - students Mathematics and Computer Science specialties;

Category B - students Engineering, Technology, Economics and Management specialties.

This edition participated 557 students, 68 universities, 90 teams from Russian Federation, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, United Arab Emirates, Hungary, Germany, Netherlands, Islamic Republic Iran, Greece and Turkmenistan.
