Online course by OSCE Centre in Ashgabat for future diplomats

The students and instructors of International Relations department of IUHD and Students of the Institute of International Relations of MFA of Turkmenistan participated in the online course “Negotiation processes and proficiency and inclusive participation in promoting peace and security” organized by OSCE Centre in Ashgabat on 1-10 December, 2021. The online course covered the topics, such as “Main International Negotiation Schools: Similarities, Differences and Real Practice Examples”, “Secrets of Negotiation process in International Organizations: How to bring different levels, different subjects and different tasks to a common end result”, “Women in Diplomacy” by international experts in international relations, Mr. Andrei Muntean (Moldova/USA), Ambassador Tracey Ann Jacobson (USA), Ambassador Natalya Drozd (Belarus). The online course which was dedicated to the 26th Anniversary of Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan provided great opportunity for our students to develop their academic skills and knowledge and will contribute to enhance their knowledge in international relations.
