Agamyrat Durdyev achieved First Place in Ashgabat City Open Kickboxing Championship

Agamyrat Durdyev, a dedicated student of the Language Learning Department of majoring International Trade at the International University for the Humanities and Development (IUHD), has achieved a remarkable victory in the Ashgabat City Open Kickboxing Championship. The championship, held from November 4 to November 11, 2024, brought together some of the finest athletes from across the Turkmenistan, competing at various weight classes and skill levels.

Competing in the 57 kg weight class, Agamyrat demonstrated exceptional skill, endurance, and sportsmanship, ultimately earning him the top podium position. His impressive performance throughout the competition won him the title of champion in his weight category. Alongside the prestigious title, Agamyrat was awarded an honorary medal and certificate, acknowledging his dedication and exceptional athletic prowess.

Agamyrat is ranked as a top-level athlete in kickboxing among adults. His accolades include a National Championship title, a second-place achievement in Turkmenistan, three Ahal regional championships, two Ak bugday district championships, and now, his second championship title in Ashgabat city. These achievements underscore his remarkable dedication, discipline, and perseverance in the sport.
